Today we begin a new squat cycle. While we’ve had tremendous success with Hatch we wanted to switch things up a little. We will be posting a more detailed description of the 20 rep squat program this week. For those of you who have a true 1 rep max back squat you will begin tomorrow with 3 heavy sets of 3. The last triple should be near 90%. Then you will do one set of 20 at 65% of your current 1rm. The next squat day will be Thursday.
