WOD:
EMOM 10:
7 Pull-Ups
7 Push-Ups
7 Air Squats
*Once you can no longer complete the amount of work in the minute, continue as an AMRAP until 10 minutes is up. Scale so you can get through ideally the first half EMOM, if not the whole thing
