*switch each time partner b completes their round. 

*score is max calories+rounds for the team

Part B:

60s Plank Hold

30s Rest

Part C:

10 Jefferson Curls

60s Puppy Dog

90s Standing Straddle

90s Sumo Squat Bottom Hold(use rig to anchor if necessary)
