and it turned into a ballroom blitz

 

Part A-

Push Press

4×3 @ ~85%

Part B-

6 Rounds, every 4 minutes complete:

300m Row

15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

10 Wallballs

ADV- (30/20), (70/53)

*Record fastest and slowest rounds

Jamie’s Gold Star- All rounds sub 2 min

Part C-

Accumulate 5 minutes in a deep squat
