Banzai Washout

Part A-

‘Tailpipe’

w/ a Partner

3 RFT-

Partner A: 250m Row

Partner B: hold 2 KB’s in the front rack position (53/35)

Switch  once partner A finishes row and repeat

*You may not start rowing until your partner has established the rack position. If your partner drops the KB’s before row is complete, you must stop rowing until the hold is re-established. At the end each partner will have rowed a total of 750m.

Part B-

12 min EMOTM

1st- 3 Wtd Pullups

2nd- 3 Wtd Ring Dips

3rd- 15 Wtd Sit-ups

Part C-

10 min EMOTM

Partner A: 3 Manmakers (35/25)

Partner B: Max Effort DU

Partners switch every minute. Score is total # DU completed
