Part A:

Teams of Two

10 minutes for each team to find their combined 2RM Thruster

*partners must share the same barbell but can be taken from the rack

Part B:

Teams of Two

AMRAP25

-one partner at a time-

8 Thrusters(95/65)

8 Toes to bar

8 burpees over the bar

Part C:

5-7 minutes of focused soft tissue work
