Big lifts

We have been following Wendler’s now for quite some time. The adjustment was difficult at first but we are seeing everyone come full circle now. The results speak for themselves and we could not be prouder. We are seeing some big lifts which will shortly translate into PR’s on your major lifts such as Snatch and Clean&Jerk. Keep up the great work guys, you are all looking solid!
