30 Two-arm dumbbell ground-to-overhead (45/35lb db)
30 Toes to bar
100 foot Overhead walking lunge (45/25lb plate)
200 foot Shuttle Sprint
*This is a gauntlet style workout. One person will work at each station and cannot move on until the person in front of them finishes. For instance; one person will start the row and once finished can move onto Burpees. The next person then starts the Row, etc.
