Part A-

Bench Press

5-4-3-2-1

-Superset with-

5 Chin-ups (weighted if appropriate)

Gold Star- False Grip

Part B-

Three Rounds:

1. HSPU (Scale to heavy DB push press)

2. KB Swings (70/53)

3. Burpees Over Bar

4. Hang Power Snatch (75/55)

5. Cal Bike

6. Rest

60s max reps at each station, rotate after a minute, score is total number of reps completed (Fight Gone Bad style). Start at different stations in order to use bike if necessary.

Gold Star- 10+ reps on burpees every round

Part C-

50 Ab Wheel Roll-outs

Gold Star- Finish
