*pick a variation and rep scheme you can maintain unbroken for all rounds. If you have more than 10 unbroken kipping HSPU, do strict. TTB sets should be unbroken. If you can’t string TTB reps together then work on high knee to elbows or hanging knee raises. The goal is to build efficiency and capacity in these movements.
