Wendler’s Day One:

Strict Press

*heaviest set is your third set. Rest adequately, drop the weight by 10% and do an AMRAP. 

*Superset with 8 Paused Ring Rows. At the top of each rep hold for 3 seconds. Add weight or elevate feet if possible.

Part B:

5 Rounds

40 Double Unders

12 Overhead Squats(95/65)

12 Burpees over the Bar

ADV:(115/75)

Part C:

60s Puppy Dog

60s Wall Tripod Stretch

10 Yoga Plex(each side)

10 Scapular Wall Slides
