Board Games

Part A:

2 Mile Partner Relay Run

Partner A: Sprints 400m

Partner B: Rests

*each partner will run 4x400m sprints. 

*score is total team to complete the 2 miles.

Part B:

AMRAP20

Teams of 2

-one partner at a time-

6 DB Curtis P(40/30)

6 Burpee Box Jumps(24/20)

100m Sprint w/Medball(20/14)

ADV: (Weight Vest)(30/20)

*reverse lunge steps. DB’s must touch the floor to start each rep.

Part C:

Teams of Two

AMRAP3

Partner Wheelbarrow Walk  for max distance.

*teams will start on the turf, and got the rig and back as many times as possible in 3 minutes. They will whenever necessary.
