100m Sprint w/Medball(20/14)
ADV: (Weight Vest)(30/20)
*reverse lunge steps. DB’s must touch the floor to start each rep.
Teams of Two
Partner Wheelbarrow Walk for max distance.
*teams will start on the turf, and got the rig and back as many times as possible in 3 minutes. They will whenever necessary.
