A1: Goblet Bulgarian Split Squats

6-6-6-6(each leg)

A2: Turkish Get-up

2-2-2-2(each arm)

A3: Anti-Rotation Dead-bug

6-6-6-6(each side)

Part B:

“Brenton”

5 Rounds:
Bear Crawl, 100 feet
Standing Broad-jump, 100 feet

*Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Part C:

2 rounds

10 Jefferson Curls

10 PRI Deep Breathing Drills
