A2. Prone Behind the Neck Press x 10

A3. Bent Over Fly x 10 (sub 15-20 band pull apart)

 

B. AMRAP 16:00

12 Single Arm Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerk (left)

24 Jumping Jacks (24 Double Unders if you have a jump rope)

12 Single Arm DB Hang C&J (right)

24 Jumping Jacks
