Part A-

12 min EMOTM

1st- 1-3 Muscle-up/ Pull-up Negatives

2nd- 45s Belly 2 Wall Handstand Hold (balance if possible)

3rd- 25s Tuck Front Lever (scale to 45s hollowbody hold)

Adv- 30s Negative, 1-3 Press Handstands

Part B-

Back Squat w/ 2s Pause in Bottom

3×3

*Same weight straight across, ~82%+

Part C-

‘CFCC Sprint Tri’

4 rounds of-

200m Run

250m Row

50 DU

Start an interval every 6 minutes

*Push for all out effort. Record fastest and slowest rounds.
