*There will be no 11am class tomorrow though all are welcome to join for our community workout at that time.

Part A:

Teams of Two

Partner A:

Row for Max Calories

Partner B:

25 Double unders

15 Medball Cleans(20/14)

12 Russian KB Swings(53/35)

8 Push-ups

*rotate when Partner B completes the round

ADV:(30/20)(70/53)(HSPU)

*Score is total rounds completed and total calories 

Part B:

AMRAP3

Partner A:: 25 Abmat Situps

Partner B: Plank Hold

*Switch every 25 situps.
