Charging into Month Two

CFCC was one month old on Friday and by my estimation things couldn’t have gone any better. When you envision a project like this coming together the part you can’t see is the people who will be involved and the relationships that will form and so far that’s what’s made this month so special.

With all that in mind we’ve got a couple of announcements to make. First and most importantly we’ve added a ┬ánew member to our head coaching staff. Mandy Brown, whom many of you know from CrossFit Fenway will be leading classes on Thursdays and Sundays. Mandy is a great athlete and an experienced coach who helps to run the intro program at Fenway. We’re lucky to have her and think she’ll be a great compliment to our community.

We’re also making a minor schedule change based on client demand. We’ll be adding a second class on Sunday morning at 9am to give people another option. The 10am sunday has turned out to be our busiest class of the week. The 10am and the open gym schedule remain the same. We will conversely be getting rid of the 12:30pm class on Saturday which has thus far been poorly attended. Mindbodyonline will reflect these changes as of tomorrow.

We’ve a got a great first week of month two planned, including another benchmark wod and LOTS more rowing in everyone’s future….stay tuned
