A) Deadlift @31X1 5×5 @ 70%

Note: 1 second hold at the top, 3 seconds down, 1 second on floor.

 

B) AMRAP 8

1-2-3-4-5-etc

Lateral Burpee

Deadlift 185/125

Note: Weight of Deadlift should be something that you can do 15+ when fresh.

 

2 Sets

C1) Half Kneeling Arnold Press w/ Counter Rotation @30X2 x 8-10 Reps/arm

C2) Thumb Up Reverse Db Fly @2020 x 6-8 Reps

C3) Banded Face Pulls x 15
