*Superset with 8 Wall Activated Deadbugs(each side)

Part B:

3 Rounds

400m Run

12 Overhead Walking Lunge(45/25)

10 Box Jumps(30/24)

8 Toes to Bar

Part C:

120s Standing Straddle

60s Pigeon(each side)

60s Half Front Split(each side)

60s Puppy Dog

60s Savasana(10 deep breaths. 5s pause on each out breath)
