  2. :40 Max Bent Over Row Left Arm
  3. :40 Max Overhead Press Right Arm
  4. :40 Max Bent Over Row Right Arm

B. 10 Rounds for Time

10 Single Arm Shoulder to Overhead

10 Single Arm Hang Clean

10 Single Arm Swing

*Alternate arms for rounds, so round 1 all reps are completed right arm, round 2 all reps are completed left arm.
