15 minutes to find a 5rm Bench Press

*try get at least 3-4 challenging sets in. Immediately after each set of bench press do a set of max unbroken bodyweight chin-ups. If you scale chin-ups, just complete a set of 8 with band.

Part C:

1000m Row

20 Bear Complex(115/75)

20 Burpee Box Jumps(24/20)
