Rope Climb Skill Review

-followed by

5x Rope Climbs or Legless Ropeclimbs

* If legless, start from seated, take long confident pulls, and control your descent! it’s not necessary to go all the way up (halfway, 4 pulls, etc.)

Part B-

Push Press

4×5 @ ~80%

Part C-

5 RFT:

200m MB Run (20/14)

10 Shoulder 2 Overhead (115/75)

6 Strict Pull-ups
