Hang Squat Snatch
3-3-3-3-3

WOD

EMOTM12
1) 10 Kb Swings
2) 200′ Sprints
3) 10 Push Ups

Bootcamp
Part A:

Against a 3 min clock, 4 rounds of:
20 Ball Slams (20/15)
12 Box Jumps (24/20)
AMRAP Burpees
* 1 min rest in between rounds

Part B:

EMOTM12
1) 15 V-Ups
2) 10 Side Crunches/side
3) 45 sec Plank Hold
