Part A:

Accumulate 3 minutes in a hollow hold

*every time you break run 100m

-6 minute cap

Part B:

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes Complete a complex of:

1 power snatch+1 hang squat snatch+1 overhead squat

*score is total lbs for all 6 rounds

Part C:

EMOM15

1: 200ft Farmers Carry

2: 200ft shuttle run

3: 15 Medball Cleans
