A reminder that next week we will hosting the PR for Pat workout at CFCC. This will be a community building event in support of a fellow boston athlete who is fighting throat cancer. We will only be holding one class that day from 930-1030am. There will be no limit on class size so all are welcome. Afterwards members of CFCC and CrossFit Fenway will repair to the Cask n Flagon for midday adult beverages of your choice. Ask Yosh or Mandy for more details if you’re interested.

Row 500 Meters
10 ball slams
15 kb swings
-only one partner may by working on the triplet at a time, and the other partner will be completing the row. Partners switch tasks once the rowing partner is done.
