2 Mile Partner Relay Run

*One partner sprints 400m while the other rests. Each partner will complete 4×400
Part B:

Teams of Two

-One partner at a time-

12 DB Snatch(50/35)

8 Burpee Box Jumps

6 CTB Pullups

100m Sprint w/Medball(20/14)

Part C:

30s Supine Twist(each side)

3 minute Seated Toe Touch(use band)

2 minute Standing Straddle

1 minute Child’s Pose
