Fundamentals-

Strength:

Clean

3-3-3-3-3

WOD

10 min AMRAP

8 Push-ups

10 Goblet Squats

12 Box Jumps

200m Run

 

Bootcamp

Part A)

6 min per WOD, 2 min rest in between:

1) 10 KB Swings (70/53)

100′ Waiter’s Walk

100′ Suitcase Carry

2) Cindy

3) 8 Burpees

30 Double Unders

100′ Sled Push (35/15)

Part B)

3 Rounds of:

10 Plate Sit-ups

10 Plate Rotations

10 Ab Wheels
