Note: Do not have to be touch and go.  Build each set.

20 Russian KBS 70/53

15 Pull-Up

10 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95

Note: KBS should be able to be completed unbroken each round.  Weight of S2OH should be something you can do 15 reps when fresh and completed in 2 sets or less each round.
