Don’t drop the Egg

WOD

In Teams of 2;

400m run with KB
100 KB swings
50 Box step ups with KB
25 goblet squats
400m run
25 goblet squats
50 Box step up with KB
100 KB swings
500m run with KB

-Every team has an Egg (a KB 53/35) which they cannot put down. If they do, 10 burpee penalty is assessed on the spot.
