We’re adding another Olympic lifting component today, the Jerk. This is the culmination of the overhead pressing series, which started with the Strict Press and the Push Press. We’ll be holding an Olympic Lifting seminar this Saturday. I will post the details tomorrow in a subsequent blogpost, but for those of you who can attend we will present ALL the elements of these incredible lifts that are in some ways the perfect expression of strength, speed and athleticism.
