Hey Guys, this Sunday Coach Andrew is going to offer a 20-25 minute Double under tutorial. This will be part of an ongoing series of skill development classes that we’ll offer as part of your membership. We will have similar tutorials available during the beginning of Sunday Open Gym on Kipping, Rowing, Handstands, Muscles ups. Some of these skills require more time, consideration and practice than we can devote during a typical class.
We begin this series with the Double under. Many of you have recently developed this jump rope skill in which the rope passes twice under the athletes feet on each jump. Tightening the mechanics on it will allow you to incorporate them into WODs more readily without having to revert back to singles. If you’re new to the skill, that’s fine as well.
