Part A:

4 rounds

A1) 3 Turkish Get ups(each side)

A2) 6 DB Walking Lunge(each side)

A3) 100m Baby Carry(70/53)

*this circuit should be done with minimal rest for load and quality. rest no more than 60s between movements. Try to go up in weight each round on the Get-up and the walking lunge.

Part B:

EMOTM15

  1.  15/12 Calorie Row
  2. 15 American KB Swings(70/53)
  3.  15 Hollow Rocks*

*ADV(15 GHD situps)

Part C:

5 minutes of directed foam rolling
