Teams of  3

AMRAP25

Partner A: Run 400m

Partner B: Max Calories Assault Bike or Rower(team’s choice)

Partner C: AMRAP Cindy

ADV: Weight Vest

*athletes move through this workout conga line style. Everyone rotates when the runner returns. If there are fewer than 3 members per team use the first 400 split as the rotating split. Score is total calories on the bike+rounds of cindy completed by the team.

Part B:

Accrue 50 reps each of

Band Pull aparts

DB Hammer Curls

V-Ups

Part C:

5-7 minutes of focused foam rolling
