A1) Strict Press @30X2 x 5 Reps*

A2) Pendlay Row @30X2 x 5 Reps*

*Note: Goal for today is to increase weight over the 3 sets in both exercises to get a feel for tempo and weight.  In week 2 you will start with set weight and each week the goal will be to add weight to the press and reps to the row.

B) “Rowing Helen”
