(Do one split jerk, then perform 5 Strict Presses while in the split)  

  B) 4×5 @10-20lbs less than todays max 5rm 

 

B) 2 Rounds For Time: 

30 leg lifts to MB (20/14) 

15 Left Arm KB Hang Clean & Jerks (53/35) 

25 weighted sit up (20/14 MB) 

15 Right Arm KB Clean & Jerks 

15 TTB
