Go through parts A-C as stations, in any order. Finish with part D together.

Part A-

Assault Bike

60s Max Cal

Part B-

Vertical Jump

Max Height

Measure max vertical reach on wall, mark it, then jump as high as possible and measure the difference.

Part C-

Bench Press

Max Reps

ADV- (225/115)

RX- (185/95)

SC- (135/55)

Part D-

For Time:

Deadlift (225/155)

Burpee Box Jump (24/20)
