Part A:

Double Partner Tabata

Partner A: Air Squats

Partner B: Plank Hold

*for 8 minutes partners will work together alternating movements for the 16 rounds. One partner is planking while other partner squats, both rest, then switch for each interval. 

*Score is total Air Squats as a team

Part B:

Partner WOD

for time:

6K Row

-one partner rows at a time while the other partner completes a round of:

40 Double unders

20 KB Swings(53/35)

100m Sprint w/medball(30/20)

30s Unbroken Hollow Hold

*the team will continue this rotation until they complete a total of 6K meters on the rower

-35 min Cap-

ADV: 70/53

Part C:

5-7 minutes of lower body foam rolling
