A) Back Squat (All percentages are based off of your 3RM+20lbs)

5@40%, 5@47%, 3@55%, 5@65%, 5@75%, Max Reps@85% (Goal is at least 5 – note number of reps)

Note: add 20# to your 3RM and take your percentages from that number.

 

B) 4 Rounds (Cap: 25 min)

400m Run

9 Strict Pull-Up (ADV: 3 Seated Legless Rope Climb)

7 Snatch (135/95)

Note: Weight on the barbell should be something that you can complete in quick singles.
