I don’t think there’s another word that strikes fear into the masses the way ‘Fran’ does. This seemingly simple couplet leaves even the most elite humbled because of how fast one can go through it. The purpose of Fran is to make it burn, a deep burn. It hurts because it’s fast and we want to keep the intensity as such. For this reason There will be a 10 minute time cap on the workout. Move more than you rest, scale appropriately in order to make the time cap, and like Ricky Bobby, GO FAST!
