Part A:

EMOM6

Unbroken HSPU

*Pick a variation and rep number that you can maintain for all 6 rounds. Advanced athletes may choose Handstand walks or Strict HSPU. RX athletes work on kipping HSPU capacity. Scaled athletes may choose partial reps, handstand holds or regular pushups

Part B:

18 minutes to establish your 10rm Back Squat

*Make this count. You should get at least 2-3 max attempts in this time.

Part C:

3 rounds

-against a 3minute clock-

Row 250m

10 burpees

AMRAP Dumbell Thrusters(50/35)

*rest 2 minutes

*score is total thrusters
