15 minutes to complete:

Bulgarian Split Squat

*superset with 4 seated box jumps. Pick a challenging height but don’t go for max effort on the jumps. Aim for speed off the floor

Part B:

AMRAP15

10 Pushups

10 Toes to Bar

100ft standing Broad Jump

100Ft Bear Crawl

ADV:(weight vest)

Part C:

5 minutes of focused upper body soft tissue work with Lax ball
