Front squat (must be from the floor)

(AIM for 65-70% of front squat)

 

B) 8rds: 2:00 rest/:45 rest

5 ttb

7 burpees

9 Double DB front squat (50/35)

Remaining time accumulate meters on the rower

*Score is total meters rowed.

 

Order of movements changes every round. For example:

Rd1:

5 ttb

7 burpees

9 Db fs

 

Rd2:

9 Db fs

7 burpees

5 ttb
