A slight change to our regular schedule:
The 7am Crossfit class will now be a “Fundamentals” class for those who are just beginning their CrossFit journey or for anyone who would like to learn and practice more of the movement basics. Like, Mandy’s sunday class, the WODs will a little more scaled down and the skill/strength portion of class will emphasize drilling and technique.
We will also be offering a new 830am class on Wednesdays to offset this change. All of this is reflected in Mindbody starting next week. Feel free to ask a coach if you have any questions.
