Starting this Sunday and moving forward, the 9am class will now be a “CrossFit Fundamentals” class run by Coach Mandy. This class is open to all members but is especially designed for people who are new to CrossFit. In the fall, when things pick up we will be adding more of these during the week but for now anyone who wants to spend more time on the basics would be well served to add this to your weekly routine. The classes will still have challenging workouts at the end, so don’t worry about getting your WOD in, but the emphasis will be on slowing things down to drill technique and to give you more background and context of CrossFit methodology.
Each Sunday will have a different emphasis and workout at the end and the class size is open to 20 clients. If you have any questions about whether this is right for you, please ask one of the coaches.
