Part A:

Push Press

5-5-5-5+

*Superset with 8 Weighted Ring Rows.

*Final set of the push press is an amrap. Lower the weight and aim to hit 7 or more reps. 

*Ring Rows should be slow and controlled. Use a vest/plates. Advanced athletes should try to do these inverted

Part B:

AMRAP18

5 Deadlifts(185/135)

8 Pushups*

12 Box Jumps(24/20)

ADV: 50ft Handstand Walk

Part C:

5-8 minutes of focused foam rolling
