Get Busy Child

Coach Mandy is running the show on Sundays from here on out. I highly encourage all of you to get in for her classes as she brings a wealth of coaching and training experiences as well as a refreshing counterpoint to Yosh and Myself. Open gym time should be a blast and has turned into a regular hang session for many of our members. You can also get in and try your hand at 14.1 if you missed it on Friday.

One order of gym business. Please make a habit of only signing up for classes that you will be attending. It disrupts the flow of the gym schedule and in some instances it forces people out of classes that they would like to attend. Be considerate of your fellow members. We’ve been lenient about this so far but that will have to change. If you sign up for a class that you don’t make and you don’t contact us before or take yourself out of the class, it will count towards your weekly total.
