Part A:

-HSPU Skill Review-

then

AMRAP7

Max Unbroken HSPU

*every time you break run 100m

*Advanced athletes may sub HS Walk for distance or Strict HSPU. Athletes without HSPU may sub 3 Wall Walks or Seated Dumbell Press. If possible all athletes should try a variation that has them inverted.

Part B:

EMOTM20

-5 rounds of each exercise-

1: 15 WallBalls(20/14)

2: 15 Abmat Situps

3: 12 Burpees

4: 200ft Shuttle Sprint

ADV: (30/20)(GHD Situps)

*novice athletes should scale to reps they can manage in 45 seconds or less

Part C:

5-7 minutes of foam rolling
