This is a long time overdue and it’s my fault; for that I’m sorry.
It’s time for our Goals Board! Starting August, I will be turning a part on the main whiteboard into a space for you guys to list certain goals you have that you’d like to achieve. This is a great tool to not only help you work towards something specific, but it will also hold you accountable, as you will no doubt see it every time you check out the whiteboard for the WOD and other daily scores. The idea is to work towards a Goal that you can attempt to make within a months time. When making your goal it’s important to keep it basic and achievable. For instance:
Yosh wants to Clean and Jerk 315#.
A good goal nonetheless, but achieving that within a months time based on where my numbers are now, is not realistic. We still have a couple weeks before this goes up, and I’ll be posting a more in depth blog to help you structure certain things that will serve as a guide. But in the meantime please start thinking of something you’d like to smash and don’t hesitate to ask any of the Coaches for help.
