A1. Towel Deadlift hold :10 just below knee

immediately into

A2. Fast DB deadlift x 10 (if you do it outside, can sub 5 broad jumps)

 

B. 4 Sets

3:00 on/1:00 off

30 DB Snatch (15/side)

15 Tuck Jumps (box jump if possible)

Max Glute bridge hold in time remaining
