Groundhog Day

But standing here among the people of Punxsutawney and basking in the warmth of their hearths and hearts, I couldn’t imagine a better fate than a long and lustrous winter. – Phil Connors


Part A-

Bench Press


*Build up to a heavier 5 than last month. Third set is the heaviest. Rest adequately then reduce by 10% for your final AMRAP set.

*Superset with 5 strict chin-ups. Weighted if possible. 5+ on last set.

Part B-

3 Rounds, starting every 10 minutes:

1000m Row

20 Pull-up

10 T2B

Complete all work within a 10 minute window, rest in the time remaining. If you don’t finish all the work in 10 minutes, proceed onto the next round after the 10 minute mark.  Record your fastest and slowest round.
